1. Filters are preload with random examples.
2. Multiple filters per character is possible, separate them with ",". Request will be rejected if result set exceed 10k, if so please reduce the range. Name list updates on every hour.
3. Request will be rejected if result set exceed 100000, if so please reduce the range.
4. Name list updates at every GMT hour 0 minutes.
5. Does not check for similar name.
6. Max name length is 10.
7. You can only make 100 request per 15 minutes.
